The location of this apartment was excellent, with a short walk to the center of town and all its attractions. the apartment itself was modern and stylish, with all the facilities we needed, making it a great choice for couples. the self-check-in/out process was easy, and the apartment was super clean.

During my stay over Christmas, there were a few positive aspects that stood out. the house was beautifully decorated with a festive atmosphere, which added to the holiday spirit. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and other attractions. It was convenient to explore the city without having to travel long distances. Additionally, the house had all the necessary amenities, making it a comfortable and cozy place to spend the holidays.

There were a couple of negative aspects that detracted from my overall experience. the heating in the bedroom was insufficient, resulting in a chilly atmosphere during the cold winter nights.

I had a wonderful stay at Aan De Vestingrand Villa. The apartment was spacious, modern, and beautifully styled. I loved the easy self-check-in/out process and the fact that everything was super clean. The bathroom and shower were great, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location was excellent, with lovely views and convenient free parking. The welcome gift was a nice touch too!

One minor issue was the steep and narrow stairs to the bedroom on the third floor, but it wasn't a problem for me. The bedroom could have been a bit warmer, and the sofa wasn't the most comfortable, but these were relatively minor inconveniences.

It was modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was quiet, and we were able to find free parking very close by. the owners had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, from providing essential items like shampoo and shower gel to extras like condiments and foil. We even received a small bottle of champagne as a welcome gift. We were impressed with the attention to detail and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. Cons: Not one thing 🙌.

Mattress was too soft and pillows felt like cushions. The stairs to the third-floor bedrooms were steep and narrow, potentially posing a challenge for some guests.

aan de vestingrand villa was even better than our previous stay in ypres. the modern and stylish house was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and in a great location near the market square and menin gate. we especially loved the cherry beer and ypres burger. would definitely come back again!

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with many points of interest within walking distance, such as the market square and the Menin Gate. the rooms are modern and stylish, with comfortable beds and blackout blinds. the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including a great induction hob. the owners provide excellent communication and the parking facilities are convenient and explained in detail.

The sofa in the room was not very comfortable as a sofa, as the cushions were cold and slid off when you sat on it.

The bathroom was super clean and had a nice shower with free toiletries. It made me feel refreshed and ready to take on the day. As someone who likes to feel clean and comfortable, this was a major plus for me!

The only thing I didn't love was that there was only one bathroom. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
